The Brenner Forge 800 Series gas char grill top is a commercial gas char grill for steak, chicken and vegetable work where char marks and even surface heat matter. U-shaped burners spread heat evenly across the cooking surface instead of leaving hot and cold bands.

It comes in 300, 600, 900 and 1200mm widths on the same 800mm commercial depth as the rest of the 800 Series, so a char grill, griddle and cooktop line up flush.
