The Pass-Through ranges are double-sided pass-through refrigerated island counters, designed to sit in the middle of a kitchen rather than against a wall. Doors on both sides mean prep and plating staff working opposite each other can both reach the same stock without walking around the bench — the reason island counters exist, and the reason they cut steps out of a busy service.

Built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with rounded internal edges and a ventilated refrigeration system, it is designed for hard daily use and quick cleaning between shifts.
